NANCY LUDUENA

Nancy Luduena is an Italian drummer, music educator, and performing musician based in New York City, specializing in Jazz and Polyrhythms.

She studied drums at AMM, earned a degree with honors from the Jazz Conservatory in Ferrara, and pursued film scoring studies at the Rovigo Conservatory. Her musical development has been shaped by years of dedicated practice and by studying with internationally renowned drummer and polyrhythmic specialist Peter Magadini.

Nancy has performed across jazz, classical, experimental, and theatrical settings, including the Jazz Club Ferrara and the Bibiena Theater in Mantova. She has also shared the stage with acclaimed Italian singer-songwriter Francesco Guccini.

Inspired by legendary drummers such as Papa Jo Jones, Max Roach, and Billy Cobham, Nancy brings a versatile and deeply rhythmic approach to her playing.

Now based in New York City, she works as a professional drummer and music teacher, performing with bands and in musical theater productions.
